First, we design your pool and backyard. Second, we get pricing for each phase to build your project. Third, we create project plans for construction.
Engineering. Permits. HOA.
Next, we submit for engineering. Once engineering comes back, we can submit for permits. While we wait for the permits to be approved you can submit to your HOA (if needed).
Construction. Materials. Completion.
Once the design, plans, permits etc. are all completed we can start to BUILD your project! We help schedule each sub-contractor so you can pay them directly. You will need to choose your colors and materials while you sit back and wait for your project to be completed!
