Terms & Conditions

DEPOSITS: All deposits are non-refundable once SWIMDAY begins the engineering process. Once a homeowner agrees to proceed with engineering and permits, the deposit is non-refundable. All non-finance jobs require a 15% deposit to begin engineering and permits. All financing jobs require a $1,000 deposit to start engineering prior to loan funding. If a homeowner puts down a 15% deposit and then needs to cancel their contract, we will refund the balance minus $3,500 (see contract for further details).

PAYMENTS: All deposit and draw payments are to be made via ACH or cashier's check. No credit cards and no cash allowed. All payments will be made through the construction process (see contract for draw schedule).

LARGE PROJECT TIMELINE: Large projects can range in completion timeline. Most large projects will take 16-20 weeks from excavation to complete. We can never guarantee a completion date due to design complexities and construction variables.

SCHEDULING CONTRACTORS: SWIMDAY uses licensed sub-contractors. We communicate with our sub-contractors to schedule work and make sure it gets completed correctly. 

WARRANTIES: SWIMDAY offers a two-year warranty on all work performed (see contract for details).

ONGOING SUPPORT: SWIMDAY does not offer ongoing maintenance support. We have great referrals for pool service companies that can help with ongoing support. 

LIABILITY COVERAGE: SWIMDAY LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured. We cover all general liability for the work performed.
